Congratulations!  You've taken the first step to what may be the journey of a lifetime.  Just as the name says, we will provide you with information and opportunity to obtain 'no sweat success.'  Too much emphasis has been put on hard work and too little emphasis put on quality work and focused work... More below >>>

People often spin their wheels everyday working hard with very little focus on their real goals.  You can mow the lawn, wash the car, blow the snow, and paint the house all day, every day, but if your goal is to be physically and financially fit, your hard work will not bring you any closer to your goals.  In order to reach your goals you must apply your efforts and energy to working on THEM... not the lawn.  After you've reached your goals, hire someone to do the lawn.

Don't misunderstand.  I'm not advocating 'no work' success, I'm advocating 'NO SWEAT' success.  The difference is that the term 'no sweat' refers to working at a continual pace, for a prolonged period of time.  Persistence is the master key to success.  Through persistence great accomplishments are realized one step at a time.  How do you eat an elephant?  One bite at a time!  No sweat!

Most people try to shove as much of the elephant as they can fit in their mouths down their throat all at once.  They chew it as quickly as possible and swallow as much as their stomachs will allow.  They do this day after day, all the while assuring themselves that they are doing the right thing because they are working hard at it.  They don't assimilate any of what they've eaten because of the pace and volume of their consumption.  Sooner or later they get sick, regurgitate, and stop eating the elephant because after all, it's impossible to eat an elephant.  Right?

WRONG!  One bite at a time.  That's how you eat an elephant.  Of course, nobody actually wants to eat an elephant; I'm using this metaphor to illustrate that most people fail to reach their goals because they set unrealistic workloads for themselves, setting themselves up for failure.

NoSweatSuccess.com has provided a program of physical fitness with suggestions for nutrition and supplementation, which are within anybody's ability to perform.  We've provided information to assist you in learning your own body's starting point and progressing to your ultimate goal:  Shaping the kind of body you desire.

As an added benefit NoSweatSuccess.com has provided an opportunity for you to earn extra income, if you so desire, with the same philosophy as mentioned above:  One step at a time, consistently, with a level of effort that is within your individual capability to perform.

So, don't delay. Plant the seeds today that will reap a great harvest in the days to come.  You plant it, feed it, and give it sunlight.  The seed grows on its own.  Click on "About the Program" to find out how.  NO SWEAT!
